How are in-depth interviews conducted and how long do they take?
The process has two rounds. The first round, with team leaders and division heads, evaluates personality and job competency and lasts about 1 hour. The second round, with the CEO, takes about 30 minutes and also assesses personality and skills.
What is the aptitude test like, and how is it conducted?
Includes personality and aptitude tests aligned with company values. Each section takes 50 minutes, totaling 100 minutes, with time limits. Tests are conducted online, and instructions are emailed to selected candidates.
