The Company shall put a high value on your personal information and comply with relevant laws including the ‘Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection¸ Etc.’ and the ‘Personal Information Protection Act’. The Company shall notify how and for what your personal information is used according to its personal information treatment policy and how your personal information is protected.

Welcron Hantec is collecting and using your personal information to provide the optimum service to your requested consultation by verifying your identity.
2. Items to be Collected
- Company name¸ Customer name¸ Email address and Contacts: To identify a user in accordance with use of services such as request for consultation;
3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
- The aforementioned personal information shall be in principle destroyed immediately after accomplishing the purposes of collection and use of personal information.
- However¸ a customer’s name¸ Email address and contacts can be kept for 1 year to provide smooth services in accordance with the reason of information retention under the Company’s policy.
- If necessary according to relevant laws such as the Commercial Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce¸ Etc.¸ the Company shall keep it for a certain time.
* Records on consumers’ complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years
