Sales
For sustainable growth in construction and plant businesses, continuous order intake is essential.
Sales activities involve gathering information and conducting business feasibility analyses for project acquisition,
identifying customer needs, establishing sales and bidding strategies, and managing the sales network.
Required Competencies
Estimating
he purpose of estimating is to enhance bidding competitiveness and secure high-quality projects. Main tasks include preparing bid estimates and proposals, and establishing an execution budget for smooth construction progress after contract signing. Bid estimates are prepared after participating in the client’s site briefing, based on bidding drawings and specifications provided by the client. Accurate quantity take-offs and optimal pricing are essential for competitive bids. Execution budgets serve as the standard for construction and cost management. After contract signing, the estimator fully reviews all project details to ensure the timely preparation of accurate and practical budgets to secure the planned profit margin.
Required Competencies
Construction / Project Management
This role covers the entire construction process—from budgeting and planning, through scheduling, design changes, subcontractor and quality control, to project completion—based on professional knowledge in building construction, structural engineering, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Building Construction
The site team typically consists of a site manager, project administrators, engineers (construction, mechanical, electrical), and safety staff. The construction team reviews design drawings and site conditions to create schedules, select construction methods, and oversee subcontractor work to ensure project completion.
Project Administration
Manages all administrative tasks necessary for construction, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and coordination with clients and public agencies. Responsible for payment requests, cost control, subcontractor management, and processing design changes.
Mechanical Construction
Installs and supervises building service systems such as plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Also supports design review, cost estimation, and technical assistance for smooth project execution.
Electrical Construction
Oversees the installation and supervision of electrical, communications, and fire protection systems, including design review, estimation support, and technical assistance.
Required Competencies
Procurement / Outsourcing
Handles the ordering, bidding, and contracting of materials, equipment, and subcontractors according to the construction schedule.
Required Competencies
Quality Control (After-Sales Service)
Establishes and manages quality standards to ensure optimal structural quality and customer satisfaction.
Plans QC processes, provides quality support for each project site, conducts inspections, and minimizes defects to enhance quality and productivity.
Required Competencies
Safety / Health / Environment
Oversees safety management from the start to completion of projects.
Identifies and eliminates potential hazards to prevent accidents, ensures employee health
and safety, and enforces environmental management standards on-site.
Required Competencies
Plant Design
As the “E” in EPC, design uses engineering expertise to create design documents for facilities that meet client needs.
Optimizes design according to project specifications, produces material take-offs, conducts technical reviews with clients and manufacturers,
and proposes alternative designs to improve quality and schedule.
Close interdepartmental collaboration is key to project success.
Required Competencies
Detailed Design
Based on basic process design, prepares detailed specifications and drawings for manufacturing and assembling equipment on-site.
Verifies structural safety using engineering software (e.g., COMPRESS) and conducts official inspections
for compliance. Prototypes may be produced for performance testing.
Required Competencies
Manufacturing / Production Management
Produces plant equipment according to client specifications and delivers on time.
Manages manufacturing, processing, and assembly processes; production schedules; quality control; cost control; and material inventory.
Required Competencies
Installation / Commissioning / Maintenance
Oversees the entire process from planning to post-installation maintenance.
Conducts commissioning to verify operation and performance of installed systems,
and performs maintenance to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Required Competencies
Project Management
Manages design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning for plant projects.
Coordinates between stakeholders, manages quality, cost, schedule, and delivery, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Required Competencies
Plant Research
Supports business growth through R&D and technical support for operations.
Focuses on process design, securing baseline process data, and developing next-generation
technologies such as biodiesel plants and wastewater treatment for inorganic salt recovery.
Required Competencies
Business Support
Plans and manages systems for efficient use of human and material resources in recruitment, training, evaluation,
compensation, labor management, payroll, welfare, PR, events, asset management, and IT.
Defines behavioral standards to align employees with company values.
